The name stands for 3 Concept Eyes, and it arrived with a philosophy that set it apart: makeup is not a mask — it's a medium for self-expression, fashion, and creative play.

Born from fashion rather than beauty, 3CE brought Seoul's bold, effortless aesthetic directly into makeup. The iconic Velvet Lip Tint and Multi Eye Color Palette became cultural touchstones. In 2018, L'Oréal acquired Stylenanda — and 3CE has since grown into a top 3 makeup brand in China.
