At K aesthet, we strive to deliver your favourite K-beauty products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, directly from South Korea. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@kaesthet.com.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Standard Shipping — 10–21 days
• Orders over $120 AUD

Standard Shipping — 10–21 days
• Up to 0.7kg — $10.00
• 0.71kg–1.5kg — $19.00
• 1.51kg and up — $27.00

Premium Shipping — 7–10 days
• $40 per product (applied per item)

Why does shipping take 10–21 days?
Unlike local resellers, we ship directly from South Korea. This helps us provide authentic Korean skincare products, maintain product freshness, and offer a wider product selection.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Delivery Partners

We primarily use Korea Post and other reliable local couriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We accept orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.
