Goodal was founded in 2011 as part of CLIO Cosmetics. The name is a portmanteau of "good" and "all" — built on the belief that high-quality, natural skincare should work for every skin type, without harsh chemicals or unnecessary additives.

Goodal pioneered cold-extraction technology — steeping botanicals in clean, low-temperature water for 120 to 300 hours, preserving every active compound without heat damage.

The brand's signature hero is Jeju green tangerine — a rare fruit harvested for just four weeks each year, containing up to ten times more natural vitamin C than regular tangerines. The Green Tangerine Vita C Serum became one of Korea's best-selling vitamin C serums.
